I don’t usually go out of my way to leave reviews, but L&K Flowers truly deserve this one.
They created 7 beautiful personalised funeral letter tributes and wreaths for my grandad’s funeral, all on very short notice. Not only did they manage to accommodate our last-minute request, but when we needed them even earlier than planned, they went above and beyond to make it happen without any stress.
The quality of their work was honestly unlike anything we’ve seen before. The arrangements were incredibly intricate, thoughtfully put together, and showed real care and attention to detail. We’ve used many florists in the past, but this was on another level.
During such a difficult and emotional time, L&K Flowers helped make the day feel just that little bit more comforting and special. We are so grateful for everything they did for us.

I have previously been into the shop, but on this occasion I ordered on the phone. They were friendly, helpful and professional.
Other people added to the order separately, but the staff got all the bouquets together, ready on time and even arranged delivery to the initial venue on my behalf.

I went in, not having ever bought a bouquet before, 3 ladies welcomed me in, (in my 'after 11hr shift' sofa clothes...) needing flowers for a gathering I’m going to later this evening. They showed me 3 bunches ready made, I had some questions, out of pure curiosity what made one, cost more than the other... for the first time in my life, I preferred the cheaper option, as the colours were great for the 'Xmas time of year gathering'... but i did like the idea of a few more flowers in it, The lady serving me, suggested making it at next set price option, which I was very happy with, and she chose some flowers, I liked another 2 roses in it, and said I was happy to pay more. The final bouquet is amazing, wife liked my choice. customer service was amazing, and having a good chat, while the bouquet was amazingly re-wrapped with red and gold decoration. well chuffed, I’m sure it will be loved at the dinner this evening. would highly recommend! I often pop in and buy a bouquet for myself or as a gift but I recently had the unfortunate event of my mums funeral. I have to say the floral tributes that myself and my family ordered were outstanding. I would give these ladies 10 stars if I could, I gave myself a mental breakdown trying to do a cluster bow on my own the night before. Rung up early the morning of the wedding, for them to accept my request without hesitation and was shockingly affordable! I expected them to be a lot more! Thank you ladies, you’re the best x

My Dad always buys from here, and this year I got to purchase the annual Christmas wreath this year and now I see why! The team are so lovely and helpful. The L&K beautiful ladies came to my rescue last week.
Produced a beautiful bouquet of flowers at very short notice. This included all my wife's favourite flowers of wonderful quality.
They also provided me with 2 helium balloons with ribbons in colours to match the bouquet.
A fantastic, well thought out arrangement all round.
My wife loved them and 5 days later the balloons are still aloft, and the flowers smell incredible.
Thanks ladies for facilitating me at short notice. I shall use you again 😘

I can’t thank Lin and Kaye enough for preparing the most beautiful wedding bouquets and table centres for our wedding day last week. They made the day extra special for us and I am trying to preserve the bouquets now so I can remember them forever!
I showed them a picture from Pinterest and they got the bouquet visual spot on and within my budget too.
They are such lovely ladies and couldn’t be more helpful with recommendations and advice in the run up to the big day.
They went the extra mile dropping them off to all the venues and they made some cute mini sunflower bouquets for the kids to hold.

L&K Flowers have surpassed my expectations!!!! I was unaware that the previous owner of Roses and Buds had retired. My heart sank when I heard this! I live in London and I had built up such a wonderful relationship with Roses and Buds and I had complete faith in them to meet my requirements. My request was an unusual one, as they always delivered a posy of flowers to my best friend's grave every year on her birthday and send me a picture. Therefore my heart sank when I heard that the predecessor had retired and the business was under new management and new owners.
Could I trust them to deliver to the right grave?
Could I trust them to deliver on time?
Could I trust to deliver value for money?
Could I even trust them to deliver at all?
OMG could I. I made a phone call this morning at 9.42am and received a picture of the most amazing posy of flowers on my best friend's grave by 11:54. They are simply beautiful and well worth £25.00 (this included delivery!). I can honestly say that this is the best customer service I have received in a very long time. From the minute Kaye picked up the phone I felt reassured that I could leave my very personal and sensitive request in their hands. Thank you L&K Flowers, cannot recommend highly enough.
